We all have an inner wisdom, a calm and quiet voice that speaks with love and compassion. You will learn to expand your intuition, listen to its voice and act from a place of loving kindness. I specialize in releasing body shame, setting boundaries, knowing your truth, forgiveness, and mindfulness and meditation practices. I believe that to build a more inclusive world we must truly love ourselves.

I offer one-on-one and small group Intuitive Coaching for those who are ready to love themselves and their bodies exactly as they are right now, understand their worthiness, and take up the space they need to live their authentic lives. I am here to support people in all bodies, all genders and sexualities, and continually working to be anti-racist, anti-ablest, queer and fat-positive. I am a mother of two, a cultivator of deep friendships, a nature lover, gardener, cyclist, reader, yogi and a loving community builder. I look forward to helping you on your journey.
